September, where the heck did you go?? Last month was a bit of a whirlwind for me, but it was honestly one of the best I've had in a long time. I got to go on my first international vacation, got to attend my first Generation Beauty event, and have been feeling better about my content here at Little Blushing Birdie than ever. I feel like my brain is bursting with inspiration and I'm truly so excited to share all of my ideas and opinions with you guys.
But before I get ahead of myself, let's give September a proper send-off by recapping some of my favorite beauty discoveries from the last month. Many of these were products I scored at Gen Beauty and haven't been able to put down since. So, get yourself nice and cozy, grab your cup of tea, and let's chat September faves.
Tarte Quickie Blending Sponge ($16) // This reusable sponge blends my foundation in like a dream. And it doesn't soak up a lot of excess product!
Bare Minerals BAREPRO Performance Wear Powder Foundation ($30) // The best easy, everyday foundation I've used in a while! It provides natural, buildable coverage that wears well all day.
The Esteé Edit Pore Vanishing Stick ($28) // This does exactly as the name would suggest. Rub a little on over any visible pores and watch them disappear!
E.L.F. Contouring Blush & Bronzing Powder in St. Lucia ($4) // For a gorgeous, natural-looking glow I highly recommend checking out this blush/bronzer duo. The pigmentation is perfect and you can't beat the price!
Sunday Riley Martian Mattifying Melting Water-Gel Toner ($55) // An oily skinned girls dream. This has made a huge difference in how greasy I get throughout the day. You can read my full review here.
Nudestix Magnetic Eye Pencils ($24) // Nudestix always manages to knock it out of the park. These eye pencils smudge out beautifully and then set in place all day.
Tarte Tarteist Double Take Eyeliner ($24) // This little duo has seriously upped my liner game. Plus, it's travel friendly AND the quality is on point!
Ardell Studio Effects Wispies ($5.95) // These lashes make a serious statement while still managing to look pretty natural.
PEEK Beauty Expresso Natural Stain Brow Powder ($22) // This brow powder duo keeps your brows looking fuller all day long (and it smells good too!)
E.L.F. Lip Exfoliator in Cherry Tart ($3) // I don't think I'll ever be able to live my life without this product again. It's a savior after wearing all of this matte liquid lipstick!
MAKE Silk Cream Lipstick in Magnolia ($25) // The perfect berry pink lipstick for fall. It's also so lightweight that you barely feel like you're wearing anything on your lips!
Jouer Long-Wear Lip Topper in Skinny Dip ($16) // What sparkly dreams are made of.
