Holiday 2014 Wish List - Eye & Cheek Palettes

With October coming to a close, the holiday season seems to be right around the corner. Maybe it's just me, but it's never too early to start making those Christmas lists, or to stash away gifts for friends and family. If you or someone you know is a makeup junkie, you should check out these 10 amazing palettes for eyes and cheeks. They'll surely be some of the showstoppers for the holidays! And with many of them being limited edition, you'll want to make sure you grab them quick before they're gone forever!

1. Lorac Pro to Go Eye/Cheek Palette ($38.00)
The perfect travel companion, this palette has everything you need to create a neutral face on-the-go. With two blushes, a bronzer, and 6 shadows (two of which can easily multi-task a liners) you've got plenty of options to mix and match for day and night time looks. Plus, with how much everyone raves about the original Lorac PRO Palette, you know these shades will be quality.
2. Marc Jacobs Beauty Style Eye-Con No. 7 Plush Shadow in The Lolita ($59.00)
Neutral palettes are everywhere, but this beauty from Marc Jacobs has been raved about all over the blogosphere. Buttery smooth and long lasting, this classic collection of taupes, browns and creams will have you feeling extra luxe and high fashion.
3. The Balm How 'Bout Them Apples? Cheek & Lip Cream Palette ($32.00)
Who doesn't love multitaskers? These creamy shades can do double duty on lips and cheeks. With adorable and...ahem...cheeky... packaging and tasty names like "crisp" and "pie" it's hard to resist this collection of 6 highly pigmented shades.
4. NARS Virtual Domination Cheek Palette ($65.00)
If you're looking for a gorgeous palette to highlight, contour, and color your cheeks, look no further than this stunning palette. In it you'll find 3 beautiful blushes, a shimmery highlighter, and the well-loved laguna bronzer. With so much versatility, and ridiculously pretty packaging I would love to have this palette sitting on my dresser!
5. Benefit Cheeky Sweet Spot Box O' Blushes ($36.00)
While I love most everything Benefit, their boxed powders are probably at the top of my list. If you aren't sure which Box O' Powder is right for you, this sampler set is the perfect way to introduce yourself to their most popular shades.
6. Too Faced The Chocolate Bar Eye Palette ($49.00)
As someone who can't get enough of Too Faced's Milk Chocolate Soleil Bronzing Powder, you can understand why I'm all about the idea of chocolate infused eyeshadows. Gorgeous, easily wearable shades made real cocoa powder (and that smell equally delicious)? How is this not a good idea?
8. IT Cosmetics Limited Edition Holiday Naturally Pretty Celebration Matte Palette  ($42.00)
More and more I've come to appreciate the beauty of a matte eyeshadow. They're a bit more sophisticated, and can be worn as easily in the workplace as they can for a night on the town. While most palettes tend to be heavy on the shimmers and metallics, I.T. Cosmetics has finally made us matte lovers ecstatic by giving us one that's completely matte! There is, of course, a transforming radiance ribbon if you're looking for a little bit more of a glow.

7. Tarte Pin Up Girl Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush Palette ($42.00)
With Tarte's Amazonian Clay Blushes being some of the most pigmented, long-wearing on the market, this special holiday palette is surely going to sell out quick. The 5 different shades it contains have a nice variation from bronze, to pink, to coral, to mauve, giving you plenty of options to play with. The bedazzled bobby pins are also a nice little touch to add some extra glamour to your holiday look.

9. Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush Palette ($58.00)
If you've never experienced the wonder that is Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder, it's truly something to behold. Nothing else I've tried comes close to giving you that lit-from-within glow and flawless finish. It shouldn't surprise you, then, that I've been totally lusting after their new Ambient Lighting Blushes, which swirl together colored pigments with coordinating Lighting Powders. This special palette lets you try three exquisite shades in pans that are only slightly smaller than a single full-sized blusher.
10. Anastasia Beverly Hills Tamanna Palette ($29.00)
Inspired by eastern brides, this eyeshadow palette combines bold jewel tones with rich neutrals to make an all together stunning palette. A special limited edition run for the holidays, this is sure to disappear from the shelves quickly!

What palettes are you lusting after lately? Are any going on your holiday wish list?
